How to install Xabia Alert on your phone

1. Go into Play Store
2. Type in “app xabia alerta” in the search box
3. Tap the icon
4. Tap install
5. When the download is complete tap “open”
6. The next screen asks if you already have an account, if not tap “create account”
7. Tap “citizen” and press “continue”
8. The next screen asks for your phone number. Enter that
9. Press “next” and then enter your surname
10. Press “next” and then enter your first name
11. Press “next” and then enter your birthdate
12. Press “next” and then enter your NIE
13. Press “next” and the screen asks you to input the code that will be sent to you as an SMS
14. Enter that code and press “complete” and you have the app on your phone

To use the app click on the service icon you require and slide it into the middle of the app.
